Made this last summer. I put a bunch of seafood and stuff into some cheesecloth and foil and added butter, white wine, garlic, and old bay seasoning. Onto the grill to steam for like 30 or 40 minutes. Deelish!
This ridiculous page is where I post all my photos of food. Whether I prepare it, order it from a restaurant, or buy it from a vending machine - you'll see it here. Enjoy!

Cold seafood appetizer
Was with my cigar buddies at our smoking lounge. The dinner that came after this was amazing but I could jut eat this all night. Going to make something like this come the summer.
Shrimp oreganata with swordfish steaks
Cooked this up for me and the wife the other night. I'll have to post the full step by step recipe for the shrimp someday. The kids loved the swordfish - I seared it in a pan before going in the oven. Maybe 2 minutes a side. In the oven at 425 for maybe 10 minutes. I soaked it in olive oil and fresh parsley a few hours. After searing, I added crushed garlic, sea salt, lemon pepper, and chopped sun dried tomatoes. It was excellent. I'll make it again but maybe in the summer on the grill.
Taste Of Portugal
So today I went to Taste Of Portugal with my buddy Charlie. This is a great place for rodizio but they also have lots of other great dishes to sample. We had the rack of lamb, goat, and seafood mix of shrimp, clams, and mussels in green sauce. For desert I had the fried Twinkie and Charlie had the pears in red wine reduction. Insane.
Mara's Too
In wantagh - had lunch here the other day. Blackened oysters, dates stuffed with blue cheese and wrapped with bacon, and octopus salad. It was a great lunch!
