Braised baby back ribs
This is definitely my new favorite way for cooking ribs. I braised these in my Dutch oven for about three hours and then they were put on a wire rack under the broiler for a few minutes each side with a healthy glazing of barbecue sauce. They were fall off the bone tender and super delicious

Chicken souvlaki salads
Made a whole bunch of these for me and the wife for the week. Really tasty. Got some homemade Greek style salad dressing and taziki sauce and sliced up some pita bread but they’re not in the photos

Naan bread
I bought this bread in the store. It’s not anything as close to fresh made but it’s still pretty damn good. I rubbed it with olive oil and threw on some fresh tomato, red onion and fresh mozzarella. Of course just a little sea salt and crushed red pepper as well. Threw it in the toaster oven for about 15 minutes. It was a terrific lunch

Salmon and shrimp
I grilled up some asparagus but it's not in the pictures. Anyway, I made a nice crust on the salmon with Panko breadcrumbs, regular breadcrumbs and a whole bunch of spices.
I think the shrimp was my favorite. I just grilled them in a cast-iron pan. I put a little lemon juice on them and then coated them with a barbecue rub. Into the pan with some butter and they came out fantastic

BBQ/braised ribs
This was different but super easy and really great. I took a bunch of seasoning and sauces along with 2 bottles of beer and chopped onion and threw a rack of ribs that I segmented into thirds and slowly braised them in the Dutch oven till super tender but not quite falling off the bone. Then I put them over the coals and glazed with BBQ sauce. I have to say - these were excellent.
