I threw some scallops in a pan and added them to some imported Tri color pasta with pancetta and broccoli. It's all in an olive oil seasoned mix.

I made a killer meal tonight. Added some parmegiano oregianno to the fettuccine while it was still hot. My first time doing lobster tails like this. The shrimp and scallops over baby arugala and baby spinach was also a first. The shrimp were stuffed with blue cheese and wrapped with bacon. Awesome.

Cooked this up for me and the wife the other night. I'll have to post the full step by step recipe for the shrimp someday. The kids loved the swordfish - I seared it in a pan before going in the oven. Maybe 2 minutes a side. In the oven at 425 for maybe 10 minutes. I soaked it in olive oil and fresh parsley a few hours. After searing, I added crushed garlic, sea salt, lemon pepper, and chopped sun dried tomatoes. It was excellent. I'll make it again but maybe in the summer on the grill.
So today I went to Taste Of Portugal with my buddy Charlie. This is a great place for rodizio but they also have lots of other great dishes to sample. We had the rack of lamb, goat, and seafood mix of shrimp, clams, and mussels in green sauce. For desert I had the fried Twinkie and Charlie had the pears in red wine reduction. Insane.
